Well Spam, by definition, is irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet to a large number of recipients. In addition, they are known for being messages comprised of computer viruses and scams. Now I don’t know about you, but I find that receiving messages in my inbox saying that a distant relative has died and left me millions or that I won some contest I have no clue about to be quite annoying.
